HPI is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our members’ PHI. We collect and disclose such information only according to our corporate policies and procedures and federal and state laws, including the HIPAA Privacy Rule. Unless otherwise permitted by HIPAA, we will not disclose to third parties that are not our vendors any identifying data, including name, mailing address, email address, and phone number, unless you authorize such disclosure or such disclosure is required by law. If you need to discuss personal information related to your benefits, you should call HPI Customer Service and not use email.
